Privacy Policy

Permanent Agriculture, a Public Benefit Corporation ("Permanent," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The intent of your message (general contact or a quote request)
• The message you write to us

We also automatically record your IP address and a one-way salted hash of your email address in our server logs, alongside the domain portion of your email (e.g. acme.com). We do not store unhashed email addresses outside of the message itself.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Lead submissions are emailed to our sales team and stored in our shared sales inbox. We review and archive inquiries on a quarterly basis and purge messages that are no longer relevant.

Server logs are retained for 30 days for security, abuse-monitoring, and durability purposes, then automatically deleted. These logs contain a pseudonymized IP address (truncated and salted-hashed, not the raw value), a salted hash of your email address, the email's domain, and — so the lead is recoverable if email delivery fails — your name, company, and message.

Who sees it

The Permanent sales team and the operations team responsible for the website. We use SendGrid to deliver email and Vercel to host the site; both process the data only as needed to provide their service.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@permanent.ag with the subject line "Privacy request."

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for traffic measurement. It is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
